The theater camp is located at Playmakers Theater, which is nestled in the Sans Souci forest, two miles north of Covington off of Lee Road.

Our wonderful choreographer Caree will be back with us doing lots of awesome, challenging dances. Again this year during the run of the camp we will have some twenty teenaged counselors who themselves grew up in the camp.

***QUICK NOTE ABOUT SCHOOL SCHEDULES
School ending and beginning schedules are often REALLY different from school to school. SO...we have tried to schedule start and end dates for the camps to fit them all! However....if your own schedule is not exactly in line with ours.... join us as soon as you can, NO WORRIES!

The "June" Camp will begin on Friday, May 24, if you are free after public schools close, BUT if your child ends school later, JUST NOTE ON THE FORM WHEN THAT CHILD WILL BE ABLE TO BEGIN CAMP and we will take care of it, which includes sending you via advance email all of the camp materials, INCLUDING cast parts choice list AND the script. We expect lots of kids to show up for first time on Monday, May 27.

As always, we will have our June and August camps at Playmakers.
and we will also have the ONE-WEEK full show camp in JULY on the BIG stage at the Greater Covington Center. We have not been able to have performance-producing camps at Playmakers in july because of the great Playmakers summer musicals, which take all of July.

Meanwhile...
The Summer Theater Program will have a one-week, full production show camp right in downtown Covington during the run of the musical at Playmakers!

That show will have our full staff and will be in the OPULENT FUHRMANN AUDITORIUM which has a professional theater setup now (including a first-class backstage area) and is wonderful!

MAY/JUNE---2+ WEEK CAMP
Treasure Island @ PLAYMAKERS
**Treasure Island ($275), ages 5-16, right after schools close, that's May 24 OR May 27 (price remains the same) - June 10 from 10 am to 2:30 pm on weekdays; with televised performances the last weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

JULY--- 1 WEEK CAMP
Aladdin @ Greater Covington Center
**Aladdin ($175), ages 5-16, July 15-20 at Greater Covington Center, from 10 am to 2:30 pm on weekdays; with two televised performances that weekend on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. This camp goes really fast, with casting done by end of first day. Works especially well, but not exclusively, for children who have done a show before.

AUGUST---2 WEEK CAMP
The Sword in the Stone @ PLAYMAKERS
**The Sword in the Stone ($250), ages 5-16, last 2 weeks before school starts, July 22 - August 4, from 10 am to 2:30 pm on weekdays; with televised performances the last weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
